Uh-oh!

A furry animal has spoken! We're destined for another 6 weeks of wintery weather according to a groundhog. I'm kind of at a loss as to how exactly it happens, but if you're so inclined you can read all about it here All I want to know is why there were 2,000 people waiting at 3.30am for this to happen, when in fact it took place at 7.31am!
